で「犬を食べる行為は数百年続く韓国の慣例である。しかし韓国ではそれを法律で禁止することを求める声が高まってきている。動物の権利キャンペーンが公共認識に影響を及ぼし、犬肉を食べることは大多数の若者の間で人気が落ちている状況の中で。」という意味になります。

Eating dog is a centuries-old Korean practice. で「犬を食べる行為は数百年続く韓国の慣例である」です。
practice は「練習」という意味でおなじみですがここでは「慣例、慣行、活動」という意味です。
centuries-old で「数百年にわたる」当意味の形容詞です。
millennium「1000年」、century「100年」、decade「10年」

But「しかし～」
there have been growing calls for ～ で「高まりつつある～を求める声が出てきている」です。
have been と現在完了形が使われていますが、現在形に直すと、
there are growing calls for ～ で「～を求める高まる声がある」です。
何を求める声かというと、
(for) outlawing it で「それを法で禁止すること（を求める）」です。
outlaw ～ で「～を不法とする」という意味の動詞です。
it は eating dogs「犬を食べること」を指しています。
in South Korea「韓国内で」

as ～ で「～するなかで、～する状況の中、～するので」という意味の接続詞。
animal rights campaigns have influenced public perception で「動物の権利キャンペーンが公共認識に影響を及ぼしてきている（中で）」です。
influence ～ で「～に影響を与える」です。
public perception で「公共認識、一般的な考え方」です。
and ～「そして（それで）」
eating dog meat has fallen out of favor with most younger people. で「犬肉を食べることは、人気がなくなってきている、ほとんどの若者たちの間では」です。
fall out of favor with ～ で「～の間で人気が落ちる」という意味のコロケーションです。
out of favor with ～ で「～のお気に入りではない、～に好かれていない」という意味になります。
