で「親愛なる我が家族全員に囲まれ、私を決して見捨てなかった数多くの友人たちの愛情を享受し、人生を快適にしてくれるだけの十分な財産を持って、私は感謝の目で神を見上げ、自分が幸せだと感じる。」という意味になります。

Surrounded by all the members of my dear family, で「～に囲まれて、わが親愛なる家族の皆に」です。
surround ～ で「～を取り囲む、周りを囲む」という意味の動詞。
all the members of ～ で「～のメンバー全員」
この言い回しは all of the members of ～ と同じ意味です。

members of one’s family で「家族」という意味のコロケーション。

enjoying the affection of numerous friends, で「数多くの友人の愛情を享受し」です。
affection は love と近い意味で「愛情、好意」です。
numerous [ニュ]ーメラスは「多数の、非常に多くの」という意味の形容詞。
可算名詞が続くので、 many の上位互換として使えますね。
例：numerous books「多数の本」、numerous countries「数多くの国々」
who have never abandoned me, は numerous friends を後ろから補足的に説明した非制限用法の関係代名詞節です。
「（その友人たちは）決して私を見捨てなかった」です。

and ～「そして（最後に）～」
possessing a sufficient share of all で「あらゆるものの十分な分け前を所有して」です。
possess で「～を所有する、～を持っている」です。
a sufficient share of ～「十分な～の分配を」です。
つまり社会からの分け前、つまり「衣食住、財産」などのことを言っています。
その分け前というのは、
that contributes to make life agreeable で「人生を申し分ないものにするのに貢献する」です。
make ～ agreeable で「～を申し分なくさせる、～を快適にする」です。

I lift my grateful eyes towards the Supreme Being で「私は感謝の目を上げる、神様に向けて」です。
lift ～ で「～をあげる、持ち上げる」
the Supreme Being は God と同じく「（一神教の）神」です。
ここではつまりキリスト教における「神」を指しています。
and feel that I am happy. で「そして自分が幸せだと感じる」です。

それではまず文節に分けて日本語に訳し内容を理解して下さい。
