feel heard は「聞いてもらえていると感じる」です。
heard は hear「～の話を聞く」の過去分詞形。

they report more satisfaction, trust, and connection で「彼らはより多くの満足感、信頼、繋がりを報告する」
they は先ほどの people を指しています。
in their relationships. で「自分たちの関係の中で」

In the workplace, で「職場では」
employees who feel heard で「話を聞いてもらえていると感じている従業員たち」です。
generally「一般的に、おおむね」
experience less burnout で「より少ない燃え尽きを経験する」
less は「より少ない～」です。
burnout は「燃え尽き、燃え尽き症候群、疲れ切った状態」です。
and ～「また」
perceive ～ more favorably. で「～をより好意的に受け取る」です。
perceive は「～を受け取る、感知する、～だと理解する」です。
the managers who listened to them で「彼らの話を聞いてくれた上司たち」です。
