で「私たちは自分の脳を使って、計算的表現では全く言い表せない何かをしているのではないでしょうか？　幸福や痛み、愛、美的センス、意思、理解などの我々の覚醒意識の感覚というものを、一体どうすればそのような計算的イメージにはめ込めるというのでしょう？」という意味になります。

Might we… be doing something with ～ で「ひょっとしてわれわれは～を使って一体何かをしているのでは？」という意味の言い回し。
ここでの might の疑問形は「ひょっとして～しないとも限らないのでは？」といった意味。
do something with our brains で「何かをする、自分の脳を使って」です。
that ～ は、something を主語にとった関係代名詞です。
このように関係代名詞節の先行詞は直前にあるとは限りませんので注意しましょう。

(something that) cannot be described in computational terms at all で「計算的表現ではそもそも言い表せない（何か）」です。
at all は「全く、そもそも、少しも～ない」という意味の副詞句です。
in computational terms で「計算的な表現で、～な言い方で」
例：in concrete terms「具体的に言うと」、in direct terms「率直に言えば」
computational コンピュ[テ]イショナォで「（コンピューターによる）計算の」です。
つまり「デジタル的」ということですね。

How do our feelings of conscious awareness fit into such a computational picture? で「一体どうすれば、我々の覚醒意識の感覚というものが、そのような計算的な図式に適合するというのだろうか？」という意味になります。
our feelings of conscious awareness「我々の覚醒意識の感覚」が主語になっています。
conscious awareness を具体的に展開して、
of happiness, pain, love, aesthetic sensibility, will, understanding, etc. – が補足的に挿入されています。
「幸福、痛み、愛、美的センス、意思、理解などの（覚醒意識）」
will はここでは名詞で「意思、意志」という意味になっています。
fit into ～ で「～に適合する、～に当てはまる、しっくりくる」です。
何に適合するのかというと、
(into) such a computational picture で「そのような計算的図式に」です。
picture はここでは「図式、イメージ、概念」です。
