で「今日、私には夢がある！ 私には夢がある。いつの日か、あらゆる谷間は高められ、あらゆる丘や山は低くなり、でこぼこな土地は平たんに、曲がりくねった場所はまっすぐになることを。そして『主の栄光が啓示され、すべてのいきとし生ける者がそれを共に見る』ことを。」という意味になります。

I have a dream today! 「今日私には夢がある！」
I have a dream that ～ で「私には夢がある、～という夢が」です。
「～という」という意味の同格のthat になります。
どんな夢かというと、one day「いつの日か」

以下の部分は、旧約聖書のイザヤ書からの引用となっています。

every valley shall be exalted, で「あらゆる谷は高められ、」
and every hill and mountain shall be made low, で「あらゆる丘や山は低くならんことを」です。
ここで使われている助動詞の shall は「～であらんことを、必ず～となるだろう」という神の意志・運命を表します。

the rough places will be made plain, で「でこぼこな場所は平たんになるだろう」
and ～「そして～」
the crooked places will be made straight で「曲がりくねった場所はまっすぐになるだろう」です。
crooked は「湾曲した、ゆがんだ、奇形の、心の曲がった」という意味の形容詞。
発音に注意しましょう。クルックトゥではなく、ク[ル]キドゥという感じになります。

and ～「そして～」
the glory of the Lord shall be revealed で「主の栄光が啓示される」です。
the Lord は「（キリスト教の）神、主」です。
reveal は「隠れていたものを現す、公開する、啓示する」です。
all flesh shall see it together. で「すべてのいきとし生ける者がそれを共に見る」です。
all flesh で「すべてのいきとし生ける者」となります。
flesh は「生肉、食肉」という意味でおなじみですが、ここでは「生身の人間、肉体をもつ生き物」という意味になります。
see it の it は、直前の the Lord が reveal されること、を指しています。

それではまず文節に分けて日本語に訳し内容を理解して下さい。

I have a dream today!
今日、私には夢がある！

I have a dream that
～という夢がある

one day,
いつの日か

every valley shall be exalted,
あらゆる谷が高められ

and every hill and mountain shall be made low,
あらゆる丘と山が低くなり

the rough places will be made plain,
でこぼこな土地は平らに

and the crooked places will be made straight;
曲がりくねった場所はまっすぐに

“and the glory of the Lord
そして、主の栄光が
