で「あえて安全な道を取らず、自主性を持って考えられる人の道を歩みなさい。物議を醸す危険に自分の考えを晒しなさい。自分の気持ちを表明し、狂人というレッテルよりも、同調という汚名を怖れなさい。」という意味になります。

Follow the path of ～ で「～の道を歩め」です。
follow ～ はここでは「（道などを）たどる」という意味です。
path は「小道、細道、進路、コース」です。
the unsafe, independent thinker. で「危険を冒す思考の人、自主的な思考の人（の道）」です。
the unsafe thinker, the independent thinker をまとめた言い方になっています。
unsafe は「安全ではない、危険な」
例：live unsafely「危険を冒しながら生きる」

Expose your ideas to ～ で「自分の考えを～に晒せ」です。
expose は「～をさらす、暴露させる」
(to) the danger of controversy. で「物議を醸す危険（に）」です。
controversy [コ]ントゥロヴァースィで「論争、議論、物議を醸すこと」という意味の名詞。
形容詞形は controversial カントゥロ[ヴァ]ーシャォ「物議を醸している、論争を引き起こすような」

Speak your mind で「自分の気持ちを表明しなさい」
speak ～ で「～を表明する、伝える、示す」
and ～「そして～」
fear less the label of ～ で「～のレッテルを（～よりも）怖がるな」
the label of ‘crackpot’ で「狂人というレッテル」
crackpot は crack「ひび」＋ pot「頭蓋骨」で「頭がおかしい人、狂人」となります。
than the stigma of conformity. で「同調という汚名よりも」
stigma ス[ティ]グマで「汚名、不名誉な烙印」
例：eradicate the stigma of ～「～の汚名を払しょくする」
conformity は「同調、調和、服従」
動詞形は conform「～に従う、守る、順応する」
