J.K. Rowling のハーバード大学の卒業式でのスピーチ（2008年）です。

However, the fact that you are graduating from Harvard suggests that you are not very well-acquainted with failure. You might be driven by a fear of failure quite as much as a desire for success. Indeed, your conception of failure might not be too far removed from the average person’s idea of success, so high have you already flown.

で「とはいえ、ハーバードから卒業するということを考えれば、みなさんが失敗にあまり慣れ親しんではいないということは言えるでしょう。失敗の恐怖に突き動かされることもあるかもしれませんが、みなさんにとっては成功願望もモチベーションとなることでしょう。ですが実際、みなさんの失敗というイメージは、一般の人の成功のイメージとそれほどかけ離れたものではないかもしれません。みなさんはすでにそれほど成功の高みに立っているのです。」という意味になります。

However, the fact that ～ で「しかしながら、～という事実は」
どんな事実かというと、
(that) you are graduating from Harvard で「みなさんが今ハーバードを卒業している（という事実）」です。
suggests that ～ で「～ということを示唆している」
(that) you are not very well-acquainted with failure. で「みなさんがあまりよくは知り合っていない、失敗と」です。
be acquainted with ～ で「～に精通している、～に詳しい、～に通じている、～と知り合いである」という意味のコロケーションです。
acquaint は「～を知り合いにさせる」という意味の動詞。
名詞形は acquaintance で「知り合い、知人」です。

You might be driven by ～ で「みなさんは～によって突き動かされるかもしれない」
a fear of failure で「失敗の恐怖（によって）」
quite as much as ～で「～と同じくらい、同様に～も」です。

Indeed, ～「実際のところ～」
your conception of failure で「みなさんが失敗に抱くイメージ」です。
conception は「コンセプト、抱くイメージ、概念」です。
might not be too far removed from ～ で「～とそれほどかけ離れてはいないかもしれない」です。
ここでの removed は「削除された」という意味ではなくて、「かけ離れた」という意味で使われています。
例：far removed from our lives「我々の生活から遠くかけ離れている」、geographically removed from ～「～から地理的に遠く離れている」
何とあまりかけ離れていないのかというと、
(from) the average person’s idea of success, で「平均的な人が抱く成功のイメージ（から）」です。
つまり、一般の人が成功だと感じる状態は、ハーバード出の人から見たら失敗だ、といういうことですね。

, so high have you already flown. で「それくらい、みなさんはすでに高く飛んでいる（ということだ）」です。
特殊な so ～ that … の構文ですね。
元の形に直すと、You have already flown so high that ～. です。
so に引っ張られて、have you flown と倒置形になっています。

それではまず文節に分けて日本語に訳し内容を理解して下さい。
