で「以前、大嫌いな同僚にメールを書いた時、4つの別々の独立したタイポ（打ち間違い）をわざと入れたことがある。例えば “attached” と書くところを “attahed” と書くみたいに。抜けている4つの文字を順番に並べると、C、U、N、T（※英語のひどい侮辱表現）になる。その文字自体は一度も書いていないんだから、相手をそう呼んだって責められる筋合いはないよね。」という意味になります。
I once wrote an email to a horrid coworker で「以前、私はすごく嫌な同僚にメールを書いた」です。
write an email to ～ で「～にメールを書く」という意味のコロケーション。
horrid ホリドゥは「すごく嫌な、意地悪な、不親切な」という意味の形容詞。
イギリス人がよく使う表現で、アメリカでは、horrible, awful、terrible、nasty が当たります。
with four independent typos, で「4つの別々のタイポが入った（メール）」です。
typo [タ]イポウ「誤字、タイポ」です。
independent はここでは「独立した、それぞれが別々の、それぞれ関連していない」という意味の形容詞です。
例：Two independent studies reached the same conclusion.「2つの別々の研究が、同じ結論に達した。」
, like ～「～のような、～みたいな感じで」
“attahed” instead of “attached”.「attached の代わりに attahed」です。
The four missing letters were C, U, N, and T で「その４つの抜けた文字は、C、U、N、T」です。
cunt はもとは「女性器」を意味して、swear word のなかでも最上級の部類で「くそ野郎」みたいな意味。
アメリカよりもイギリス・オーストラリアで多く使われるようです。
in that order.「その順番で」です。
(I) Can’t be accused of calling him one で「私は責められる筋合いはない、彼をそう呼んだことで」です。
be accused of ～ing で「～したことを責められる、非難される」です。
call him one で「彼をcuntと呼ぶ」です。
one は代名詞で、先に登場した a cunt を指しています。
if I never wrote those letters. で「もし私がそれらの文字を書いていないなら」です。
つまり「C, U, N, T という文字を実際には書いていないのだから」という屁理屈ですね。
それはまず文節に分けて日本語に訳し内容を理解して下さい。
