で「息子は22歳のとき、とんでもないことをやらかしました。まだ人生はこれからだったので、私は息子の罪をかぶって、10年の刑を受けました。その2年後、息子はがんになり、半年後に亡くなりました。それでも後悔はありません。息子は自宅で穏やかに最期を迎えることができました。刑務所のベッドにつながれたまま死ぬのではなく。」という意味になります。

My son fucked up big time で「息子が、大変なことをやってしまった」です。
when he was 22.「彼が２２歳の時に」
fuck up は「やらかす、大失敗する、大間違いをする」
big time はここでは時間とは関係なく「大いに、非常に、すごく、派手に」という意味の副詞です。
例：He lost big time.「彼は大負けした。」

Life still ahead of him,「彼の人生はまだ先があったので」です。
I took the rap and got 10 years. で「私が罪をかぶって10年の刑を受けた。」です。
take the rap (for ～) はスラングで「（～の代わりに）罪をかぶる」という意味。
rap はもともとコツコツ叩くこと、という意味で、そこから「叱責・処罰」という意味が生まれ「懲役刑」となりました。
例：rap sheet「犯罪経歴表、前科リスト」
またヒップホップの「ラップで歌う」という意味もありますが、これも言葉を小気味よく叩き込むように歌うイメージですね。

Two years later「二年後」
he got cancer「息子はがんにかかった」
and died 6 months later.「6か月後に死んでしまった。」です。

Still no regrets.「それでも私には後悔はない。」
still はここでは「それでも、とはいえ、それでもなお」という意味合いです。
He died comfortably at home「息子は家で安らかに死んだ」
and not chained to a bed.「ベッドに鎖でつながれた状態でなく」

それはまず文節に分けて日本語に訳し内容を理解して下さい。

22歳の時に

Life still ahead of him,
彼の人生は先がまだあったので

I took the rap
私が罪をかぶって

and got 10 years.
10年の刑を受けた

2年後

ベッドに鎖でつながれた状態でなく
