ここでの see は「見る」というより「～を経験する」という意味あい。

a host of ～ で「たくさんの～」という意味の言い回しです。
experiences は「利用体験、ユーザーエクスペリエンス、使い勝手」という意味合い。

settlement は「和解、示談、調停」です。

age estimates は「年齢推定機能」といういうもので、自己申告とは別に、ユーザー行動や投稿から実際の年齢を推定する機能です。
ここでは estimate は名詞なので[エ]スティミトゥと発音します。
to keep kids under 13 off its platforms で「13歳未満の子供が同社のプラットフォームに入れないようにするために」です。
keep ～ off … で「～を…に立ち入らせない」という意味の言い回しです。
off には「離れて、外れて」という意味があります。
例：off limits「立ち入り禁止」

off its platforms「同社のプラットフォームに入れさせない」です。
platform はインスタやフェイスブックなどネット上のサービスを指して使います。

teens は10代です。英語圏では13～19歳までを指します。
thirteen ～ nineteen と語尾に -teen がつく年齢です。
age-appropriate は「年齢に見合った、年齢にふさわしい」です。
