My first app で「私が作った最初のアプリ」です。
fortune teller で「占い師」です。
fortune で「運勢」、teller で「告げる者」です。
fortune [フォ]ーチュンは「運勢、運、富」という意味の名詞です。
この場合は「運勢を告げるアプリ」という意味合いです。
called “Earth Fortune”　で「”アースフォーチュン”という」です。
called ～ で「～と呼ばれる、～という、～という名の」です。

(that) would display different colors of Earth depending on what your fortune was. で「（それは）さまざまな違った色の地球を表示する、あなたの運勢が何かによって」です。
different colors で「様々な色、さまざまに違った色」という意味になります。
depending on ～ で「～に応じて、～によって」という意味の言い回しです。
例：depending on circumstances「状況次第で」

whack-a-mole [ワ]ックァモーォで「モグラたたきゲーム」となります。
whack は「強打する」という意味の動詞です。
mole は「モグラ」です。

それではまず文節に分けて日本語に訳し内容を理解して下さい。
