For China’s leaders, で「中国のリーダーたちにとって」です。
leaders で「リーダーたち、指導者たち、首脳陣」です。
Donald Trump’s electoral success で「ドナルド・トランプの選挙での成功」です。
electoral success はつまり「選挙での勝利、当選」です。
electoral イ[レ]クトラォは「選挙の」という意味の形容詞。
名詞形は election イ[レ]クションで「選挙、当選」です。
confirms ～ で「～を裏付る、～を確実なものとする、～を強める」です。
their deepest prejudices で「彼らの非常に深い偏見」です。
their は China’s leaders を指しています。
prejudice プ[レ]ジュディスで「（人種や宗教などに対する）先入観、偏見、嫌悪感」
どんな偏見かというと、
about the decline of America and the decadence of its democracy. で「アメリカという国の衰退や同国の民主主義の退廃について（の偏見）」です。
decline ディク[ラ]インは、ここでは名詞で「衰退、落ちぶれること」です。
decadence [デ]カデンスは「退廃、堕落」です。
形容詞形は decadent デカンデントゥ「退廃的な、享楽的な」です。
its democracy は「アメリカの民主主義」です。

The challenge now facing the Communist Party が主語で「中国共産党に迫っている課題」です。
challenge はここでは「課題、仕事、難しいがやりがいのあること」です。
face ～ で「（困難などが）～に降りかかる、迫りくる」です。
例：They have been faced with mounting opposition.「彼らは高まる反対に直面している。」
is ～「は～」
to take advantage of his comeback. で「トランプの復帰をうまく利用すること」です。
take advantage of ～ で「～をうまく利用する、～を活かす」です。
