で「今日、フィアンセの彼と私で将来の義理の両親の家を3週間の間ハウスシッターしている。彼らはそれぞれのベッドルームに聖書を置いて行って、それと一緒に婚前交渉の罪を糾弾する記事のコピーが置いてあった。そんな頭のおかしい人たちなら、あらゆる場所に隠しカメラが仕掛けられていてもおかしくないんじゃないかと思える。F*ck my life!」という意味になります。

fiance は「婚約者（男性）」です。女性の場合は fiancee と言います。

house-sit は「留守番をする」という意味です。
ベビーシッターやペットシッターと同じように、家の主が家を空けるときに防犯やペット・植木の世話のために依頼するサービスのことです。

my future in-laws で「将来の義両親」という意味です。彼の両親ですね。
in-laws は「義理の両親」を言い表した名詞の慣用句です。
in law は「義理の、法的の」という意味で大変よく使われる表現です。
例：daughter-in-law「息子の嫁、義理の娘」、father-in-law「義父」

They left a bible in both bedrooms で「彼らは両方のベッドルームに聖書を置いて行った」です。

along with printouts of an article denouncing the “sin” of premarital sex で「婚前交渉の罪を非難する記事のプリントと一緒に」です。
premarital sex で「婚前交渉、結婚前のSEX」ですね。昔は結婚してからでないとしてはいけないという考えがあったんですね。
denounce は「公然と非難する、糾弾する」という意味の動詞です。
例：denounce an illegal act「違法行為を糾弾する」

They’re such complete whack-jobs, I wouldn’t be surprised if they’ve set up hidden cameras everywhere too で「そんな完全にいかれた人たちなので、あらゆる場所に隠しカメラが仕掛けられていてもおかしくはないだろう」という意味です。
whack-job は「イカレタ人、クレイジーな人」という意味の名詞です。wack job とも言ったりします。
I wouldn’t be surprised if ～ は慣用句で「～してもおかしくはない、～だったとしても驚かないだろう」という意味です。
例：I wouldn’t be surprised if the rumor were true.「そのうわさが本当だとしても不思議ではない。」
set up hidden cameras で「隠しカメラを仕掛ける」ですね。

婚前交渉に対する意識は、それぞれの宗教や倫理観などで違いがあるのでしょうね。
日本でも昔は見合い結婚がほどんどでかなり厳格だったようですが今はだいぶゆるくなってきてます。
ＮＨＫの放送文化研究所による1973年の調査では「婚前交渉は不可」と答えた人は58%でしたが、2013年の調査では「20%」ほどになっています。
