で「千の戦に勝つことよりも己に打ち勝つことのほうが良い。さすれば勝利はあなたのものだ。天使や悪魔、天国や地獄でさえ決してそれをあなたから取り上げることはできない。」という意味になります。

It is better to A than to B の形の文ですね。
「BするよりもAするほうが良い」という意味になります。

to conquer yourself で「あなた自身に打ち勝つ、己を克服する」です。
conquer カンカーは「克服する、征服する、打ち勝つ」という意味の動詞です。
名詞形は conquest カンクェスト「征服、遠征」です。

Then the victory is yours で「そうすれば勝利はあなたのものである」という意味です。
then は直前の文からの結果を言いたいとき「そのとき、そうすれば、そしたら」という意味になります。

It cannot be taken from you で「それはあなたから取り上げられない」です。

not by angels or by demons, heaven or hell で「天使や悪魔、天国や地獄によってでさえ（決して～ない）」です。

それではまず文節に分けて日本語に訳し内容を理解して下さい。
