で「世間ではヤクザ（日本のマフィア）の構成員は入れ墨を入れている人という認識です。お客さんの安全のため、多くの温泉ではタトゥーを禁止し、同時にヤクザ入れないようにしています。」という意味になります。

The word on the street is that ～ という言い回しです。
「～ということが世間一般の認識だ」という意味になります。
word on the street は「巷のうわさ、街の声」という意味で「世論、一般認識」という意味になります。
例：The word on the street is he’s dead.「世間のうわさでは彼は死んだらしい。」

since は「～なので」という意味の理由を表す接続詞です。

the ones with tattoos で「タトゥーのある人」です。
one は不特定の「人」を表す言葉です。

for the safety of the customers で「お客さんの安全のために」です。

many onsen ban tattoos, thus yakuza, all together で「多くの温泉がタトゥーを禁じている、これにより同時にヤクザも（入場禁止）」ということです。
thus は「このようにして、この（前述の事実の）結果として、したがって」という意味です。
all together は「一斉に、まとめて、同時に」という意味です。
例：He didn’t study. Thus he failed the test.「彼は勉強しなかった。故に試験に落ちた。」

それではまず文節に分けて日本語に訳し内容を理解して下さい。
