Another possible happiness killer で「他に考えられる幸せ阻害要因」です。
another は「別の、もう一つの、さらに別の」という意味。
possible は「考えられる、見込まれる、可能性のある」という意味の形容詞です。
例：another possible factor「もう一つの考えられる要因」
happiness killer は「幸せを殺すもの」で、幸せ阻害要因という意味合いになります。
killer に「～を駄目にするもの、～を台無しにする人」という意味で使われる場合があります。
例：party killer「パーティーをめちゃくちゃにする人」

could be ～ は「～かもしれない、～になりうる、～になりそうだ」という意味です。

the aging of society で「（社会の）高齢化」です。
aging は「年を取ること、老化、高齢化」という意味の名詞です。

as the elderly confront health and financial woes で「お年寄りは健康・金銭面での苦境に立たされているので」となります。
この場合の as は「～なので、～していて」という意味の接続詞です。
elderly は the を付けて「高齢者、お年寄り」という意味の名詞です。
elderly person とも言います。
例：show respect for the elderly「お年寄りを敬う」
confront health and financial woes で「健康と金銭面の苦難に直面する」です。
confront ～ で「～に直面する」という意味の動詞です。
woe ゥオウ は「苦難、困難」という意味の名詞です。
例：money woe「資金難」
