で「結局のところ、どこ出身とかは関係なく、私たち人間は皆それぞれ、自分独自のものの見方や性格を持っている。」という意味になります。

At the end of the day は直訳すると「その日の最後に」となりますが、
慣用句表現で「結局のところ、つまるところは」という意味になります。

no matter where we’re from で「どこ出身でも関係なく」です。
no matter where ～ は「場所は関係なく、どこだろうと」という意味です。
no matter how ～「どんなに～だろうと」や、no matter when「いつでも、いつでもいいから」などもあります。
matter は「問題、重要なこと」などと言う意味の名詞なので、no matter で「問題ではない」という意味合いです。

we’re all human and each で「私たちは皆それぞれ」です。
all and each で「皆それぞれ、それぞれが皆」という意味の言い回しになります。

have our own views and personalities で「自分たち独自の考え方や性格を持っている」です。
view は「景色、視界」という意味から「物の見方、考え方」という意味も持ちます。
例：view of life「人生観」

それではまず文節に分けて日本語に訳し内容を理解して下さい。

どこ出身とは関係なく

we’re all human and each
私たちは皆それぞれの人間だ
