The price of success is hard work, dedication to the job at hand, and the determination that whether we win or lose, we have applied the best of ourselves to the task at hand.
で「成功への対価は、一生懸命にやること、目の前にある仕事に専念すること、そして勝っても負けても、自分たちが今ある課題にベストを尽くしたんだという最終的な確信である。」という意味になります。

The price of success で「成功の値段、成功の対価」となります。
成功のために払わなければいけない犠牲といった意味になります。

まず、hard work は「一生懸命さ、勤勉、きつい仕事、激務」です。

そして、次に
dedication to the job at hand で「目の前にある仕事への没頭」です。
dedication は「専念、献身、ひたむきさ」という意味の名詞です。
動詞形は dedicate で「～をささげる、専念する、打ち込む」です。
一つに絞って時間をかけるという意味合いです。
例：She’s dedicated her life to helping others.「彼女は人を助けることに一生を捧げた。」
job at hand は「目の前にある仕事」です。
at hand は「手元の、手近の、目前の」という意味の言い回しです。
例：matter at hand「当座の問題」、keep ～ at hand「～を手の届くところに置く」

そして最後に、
the determination that whether we win or lose, we have applied the best of ourselves to the task at hand で「勝っても負けても、自分たちが今ある課題にベストを尽くしたんだという最終的な確信」です。
whether we win or lose, は挿入部分で「勝つにしても負けるにしても」という意味。
determination は「最終的な決断、決断力、終結」などという意味の名詞です。
determination that ～ で「～という決断」となります。
この場合は、「～したんだという確信」という意味合いになります。
どういう確信かというと、
we have applied the best of ourselves to the task at hand で「我々は自分たちのベストを今やるべきことに傾けてきた」という確信ですね。
apply ～ to … で「～を…に注力する」となります。
the best of ourselves「自分たちのベスト」を the task at hand「今やるべきこと」に注力させたとなりますね。
