「莫大な富と広大な領土を持った王様や皇帝でさえ」となります。
even は「～でさえ」という意味の副詞です。
with heaps of wealth で「山のような財産をもった」となります。
with ～ は「～をもった」という意味になります。
heap は「積みあがったもの」という意味の名詞で、

さらに複数形で heaps of ～ で量を強めた表現です。

動詞形は、dominate ダミネイトゥ「支配する」です。

cannot compare with an ant filled with the love of God で「神の愛に満たされた蟻とは肩を並べることはできない」となります。
compare with ～ で「～と肩を並べる」という意味になります。
cannot compare with ～ で「～とは比べ物にならない、勝てない」という意味の表現パターンです。
an ant filled with the love of God で「神の愛に満たされた一匹の蟻」ですね。
前半の、Kings and emperors が複数形ですので、何人もの王と皇帝たちが、一匹の蟻に勝てない、というわけですね。
