If you grew up during the 1980s or 1990s, there’s a good chance that you spent more time listening to the music of Hirokazu Tanaka than to many of your favorite pop songs.
で「もし1980年代～90年代の間に育った人なら、多くのお気に入りポップソングよりも田中宏和氏の音楽を多く聞いて過ごした可能性が高い。」という意味になります。

田中宏和さんは、ファミコンなどの有名なゲームタイトルの音楽を多く作った人。

If you grew up during the 1980s or 1990s で「もしあなたが1980年代～90年代の間に育ったなら」という意味になります。
grow up は「大人になる、育つ」という意味の動詞句です。
grown-up で「大人、成人」という名詞としても使われます。
例：act like a grown-up「大人としてふるまう」

there’s a good chance that ～ で「～という可能性も十分ある」という意味の慣用句です。
good chance は「十分な可能性」という意味です。
good には「良い」という意味以外にも、「十分な」という意味があります。
例：a good rest and sleep「十分な休息と睡眠」

どんな可能性があるかというと、
that you spent more time listening to the music of Hirokazu Tanaka than to many of your favorite pop songs で「多くのお気に入りポップソングよりも田中宏和氏の音楽を多く聞いて過ごした（可能性）」です。
you spent more time listening to the music of Hirokazu Tanaka で「田中宏和氏の音楽を聞いて多くの時間を過ごした」です。
spent は spend の過去形で「過ごす、時間を費やす」です。
listen リスンは「聞く、聴く」です。listen to ～ で「～を聞く」という形になります。

than to many of your favorite pop songs で「あなたが好きなポップソングの多く（を聞く）よりも」です。
than to の to は、前述の、listen to ～ からつながった to です。
pop song は「ポップソング、流行歌」です。
popular song の短縮形となります。

それではまず文節に分けて日本語に訳し内容を理解して下さい。
