Today, I came home to find my home had been broken into. Nothing was taken, but all the drains were plugged and the water left blasting on high, with a note that said “enjoy the mess”. FML
で「今日、家に帰ると自宅が強盗に入られていた。何も盗られてはいなかったが、排水溝がすべて塞がれて、水が全開で出されている状態だった。“混乱を楽しめ”と書いたメモとともに。F*ck my life!」という意味になります。

I came home to find ～ は「家に帰ると～だった」という意味の言い回しです。
以前にも同じ言い回しがありましたね。

どうなっていたかというと、
my home had been broken into で「家が強盗に入られていた」です。
be broken into で「泥棒に入られる、侵入される」という意味になります。

Nothing was taken で「何も持っていかれなかった」です。
take は「持っていく」という意味の動詞です。
Nothing was stolen. といっても同じです。

but all the drains were plugged で「しかし排水溝がすべて塞がれ」です。
drain は「排水溝、排水管」という意味の名詞です。
例：sucked down a drain「排水管の中に吸い込まれる」
plug は「塞ぐ、栓をする、差し込む」という意味の動詞です。
例：plugged toilet「詰まったトイレ」

the water left blasting on high で「水が全開で出されている状態にされていた」です。
left は leave の過去・過去分詞形で、「～の状態にしていく」という意味です。
例：leave me alone「一人にしておいてくれ」
blasting on high は「（水道を）最大出力で流す」という意味です。
blast は「強風、爆風、激しく吹く、思い切り叩く」という意味です。
on high は「（出力を）高く」という意味合いです。
例：on high heat「強火で」、cook ～ on high power「最大出力で調理する」

with a note that said “enjoy the mess”で「“混乱を楽しめ”と書いたメモとともに」です。
note は「メモ」という意味です。
日本で言うところのノートは notebook と言います。
a note は「（一枚の）メモ、メモ書き」という意味になります。
say(said) は「言う」という意味でおなじみですが、
この場合のように「（紙に）書いてある」という意味でも使われます。

mess は「ごちゃごちゃ、混乱した状態」という意味の名詞です。
また動詞では、ふざける、騒ぐ、じゃれる、いい加減に扱うという意味もあります。
例：mess up everything「すべて台無しにする」、get out of the mess「ごたごたから抜け出す」
