で「それは実に美しく聞こえる世界になるでしょう。そして相互理解が当たり前の世界です。そしてそれこそが広める価値のあるアイデアなのです。ありがとう。」という意味になります。

今回がこのスピーチ最後の文、締めの言葉になります。

That would be a world that does sound beautiful, で「それは音が美しく鳴る世界になることでしょう」となります。
that とは、前回に出てきた
意識的に音を作り出し、意識的に聞こうとする人々、意識的に音のために作られた環境
がある世界のことです。
That would be a world (that ～) で「それは（～な）世界にになることだろう」です。

どんな世界かというと、
a world (that) does sound beautiful で「本当に美しく聞こえる世界」です。
does sound の does は「強調のdo」で動詞の前に置いて「実に、とても」という意味合いを付加します。
例：I do think that ～「私は～だと強く思う」
sound beautiful で「美しく聞こえる、美しい感じがする」です。
例：sound weird「奇妙に聞こえる」

and one where understanding would be the norm で「そして、そこでは理解が当たり前という世界」です。
one where ～ の one は前述の a world を言い換えています。
a world where ～ と同じ意味です。
a world where ～「（そこでは）～な世界」です。
understanding would be the norm で「（相互）理解が当たり前となる（世界）」です。
the norm で「基準、標準、規範、当たり前に求められる状況、平均的な状況」という意味です。
日本語の「ノルマ」の元になった言葉です。
※日本語の意味でのノルマは、quota「割り当て、ノルマ」となります。
例：～ is the norm in America.「～はアメリカでは普通だ。」

and that is an idea worth spreading で「そしてそれが広める価値のあるアイデアです」となります。
an idea worth spreading で「広める価値のある考え、アイデア」です。
worth ～ ing で「～する価値がある」となります。
例：idea worth considering「一考に値する考え」

それではまず文節に分けて日本語に訳し内容を理解して下さい。

それは～な世界になることでしょう

that
（～な世界に）

does sound beautiful,
とても美しく音が聞こえる

and one
そして（～な）世界

where
（そこでは）

understanding would be the norm
相互理解が当たり前になる
