で「もしお金さえあれば自立できると思っているなら、あなたは決して自立できないだろう。この世界で一人の人間が本当に頼れるものは、知識と経験と能力の蓄積だけだ。」という意味になります。

If money is your hope for independence で「もしお金があなたの自立への希望ならば」となります。
ちょっとわかりづらいですが、hope はこの場合名詞で「～へ向けての望み、見込み、欠かせないもの」という意味です。
日本語でも「期待のホープ」といったりしますね。
お金がなければ自立・独立（be independent）できないという事です。
independence は「自立、独立」という意味の名詞です。
in-（否定）+ depend（頼る）で「頼っていない」となります。

もしそうならば、
you will never have it で「あなたは決してそれを手にできないだろう」です。
it「それ」は independence です。

The only real security that a man will have in this world で「唯一本当に頼れるもの、一人の人間が、この世界で」です。
ここまでが主語（名詞句）となります。
security は「安全、安心」という意味から「頼れるもの、心を安心させられるもの、保証」という意味です。

それは何かというと、
is a reserve of knowledge, experience, and ability. で「知識、経験、技量の蓄積だ」です。
reserve リザーヴは「予約する」でおなじみですが、他にも「貯める、取っておく」という意味がある動詞です。
例：money in reserve「予備のお金」

それではまず文節に分けて日本語に訳し内容を理解して下さい。

もしお金が自立への欠かせないものになっているなら

自立は手にできない

唯一本当に信頼できるもの
