で「強い欲望はやる気へのカギだが、それは目標へのたゆまぬ追求への固い決意と専念だ。さらに上を目指すことへ打ち込むことだ。それがあなたが求める成功を獲得できるようにするだろう。」という意味になります。

Desire is the key to motivation, で「強い欲望がやる気へのカギだ」となります。
desire は「欲求、強い欲望」です。
motivation は「モチベーション、やる気、意欲」ですね。

but it’s determination and commitment で「しかし（また）それは固い決意と全てを捧げることだ」です。
it は the key を指しています。
determination ディターミネイションは「固い決意、絶対にやると決めること、意志の強さ」です。
動詞形は determine「（～すると）決める」です。
形容詞形 determined ディターミンドゥ「断固とした、確固たる」もよく使われます。
commitment は「全てを捧げること、最後までやると約束すること、全力を傾けること」です。
動詞形は commit コミットゥで「～を捧げる、～に身を投じる、罪を犯す、～をゆだねる」です。

(commitment to) an unrelenting pursuit of your goal で「目標へのたゆまぬ追及（へ全力を傾けること）」です。
unrelenting は「たゆまぬ、容赦のない」という意味の形容詞です。
relent リ[レ]ントゥで「（心や決意が）和らぐ、やさしくなる、折れる」です。
例：unrelenting headache「頑固な頭痛」、unrelenting criticism「容赦のない批判」

a commitment to excellence で「卓越さへ全力を傾けること」です。
excellence は「卓越さ、優秀さ」という意味の名詞です。
形容詞形は excellent 「優れている、卓越した」です。

(that) will enable you to attain the success you seek. で「（それは）できるようにする、あなたが～を達成することを、求めている成功を」
enable ～ to do で「～が…できるようにする」という意味の言い回しです。
例：enable you to be your best「あなたの能力を最大限に発揮できるようにする」
attain a success で「成功を手にする」ですね。
attain アテインは「成功などを手に入れる、目標などを達成する」です。
例：attain a diploma「卒業証書を得る」
名詞形は attainment「達成、到達度、偉業、功績」です。
the success (which) you seek で「あなたが求める成功」です。
