で「過去と未来というものを、人間は完全に理解することはできないと思う。過去と未来はどちらも、多少は変化していると人に思い込ませるためのただの錯覚に過ぎない。」という意味になります。

I don’t think the human mind can comprehend the past and the future. で「私は～だとは思わない、人の心が過去と未来を理解できるとは」です。
the human mind は「人の心、人の精神、人の頭脳」です。
comprehend は「～を把握する、～を理解する」という意味の動詞です。
例：comprehension exam「理解度を測定するためのテスト」

They are both just illusions「それらはどちらもイリュージョンに過ぎない」です。
they は the past と the future を指しています。
illusion は「錯視、錯覚、幻想、思い込みによる見間違い」です。

どんな錯覚かというと、
(that) can manipulate you into thinking ～ で「人をうまく操作して、～と思わせることができる（錯覚）」です。
この場合の you は総称人称で、「あなた」ではなくて「人、みんな、だれか」という意味になります。
manipulate マ[ニ]ピュレイトゥは「うまく操って動す、巧みにコントロールする」という意味の動詞です。
例：He’s a guy easily manipulated.「彼は扱いやすいやつだ。」
manipulate ～ into …ing で「～を上手に…するように持っていく」です。
into ～ には「～に持っていく、～に仕向ける」という意味があります。
例：force someone into confessing「強制的に自白させる」

人にどうさせるのかという、
(into thinking that) theres some kind of change. で「何らかの変化があると思わせる」です。
some kind of ～ で「何らかの、ある種の」です。
change は名詞で「変化」ですね。
要するに、未来とか過去とかと言っておけば「今」とは違うものだと人は勝手に思い込でくれる。ということです。

それではまず文節に分けて日本語に訳し内容を理解して下さい。
