Today, at Walmart, I unknowingly chose the only non-automatic door to exit through. I stood in front of the door looking for the motion sensor while the greeters laughed at me for at least half a minute before I saw the “PUSH” sticker. FML
で「今日、ウォルマートで、知らず知らずに一個しかない手動のドアから出ようとしていた。私は、出迎え係の人たちが私を見て笑っている中、『PUSH』のシールに気付くまで少なくとも30秒くらいの間、モーションセンサーを探してそのドアの前に立っていた。。F*ck my life!」という意味になります。

at Walmart,「ウォルマートで」です。
Walmart とはアメリカで有名な世界最大のスーパーマーケットチェーンです。

I unknowingly chose the only non-automatic door to exit through. で「私は知らず知らずに、選んだ、唯一の自動ではないドアを、店を出るために」です。
unknowingly は un- knowing -ly で「知らずに、気付かずに、無意識のうちに」という意味です。
unconsciously アン[コ]ンシャスリとも言えますね。
chose the only non-automatic door で「ひとつしかない手動のドアを選んだ」となります。
chose チョウズは choose チューズの過去形です。
non-automatic door で「自動ではないドア、手動ドア」ですね。
automatic door で「自動ドア」です。
to exit through (the door) で「（そのドアを）通って出るのに」です。

I stood in front of the door で「私は立っていた、ドアの前に」
looking for the motion sensor で「モーションセンサーを探しながら」です。
～ing は「～しながら」という意味になります。
motion sensor とは自動ドアの人の動作を検知してドア開けるためのセンサーのことですね。

while the greeters laughed at me で「歓迎係が私を笑う中」です。
while ～ は「～している中、～の最中に、～しつつ」という意味の接続詞です。
greeter「歓迎係」とはウォルマート特有のスタッフのようです。
お客さんにハローと声をかけ歓迎する係で、創業者のサム・ウォルトンが80年代に設置したそうです。

for at least half a minute で「少なくとも30秒の間」です。
for half a minute で「30秒間」です。

before I saw the “PUSH” sticker. で「～するまで、私が『ＰＵＳＨ』のステッカーを見つける」です。
before ～ はこの場合は「～する（前）まで」です。
saw は see の過去形です。
see はこの場合は「～が目に入る、～を見てわかる、気付く」という意味です。
例：see someone cheating「人がカンニングをしているのを見つける」

それではまず文節に分けて日本語に訳し内容を理解して下さい。
