スーザン・ケイン氏によるTEDでのスピーチ「内向的な人が秘めている力」です。

That is great. It’s great for introverts and it’s great for extroverts. But we need much more privacy and much more freedom and much more autonomy at work. School, same thing. We need to be teaching kids to work together, for sure, but we also need to be teaching them how to work on their own.

で「それは素晴らしいことです。内向性の人にも外向性の人にも素晴らしいことです。しかし私たちはさらに多くのプライバシーや自由、自律性が、職場で必要です。学校でも全く同じです。私たちは子供たちに協力して作業することを教えていくことが確かに必要です。しかし同時に、自律的に独りで作業する方法を教えていくことも必要なのです。」という意味になります。

That is great. It’s great for introverts and it’s great for extroverts. で「それは素晴らしいです。内向型にも外向型の人にとっても」です。
前回のカフェスタイルのくつろいだ交流の場を設けることを言っています。

But we need much more privacy and much more freedom and much more autonomy at work. で「しかし、私たちは～を必要としている、ずっと多くのプライバシーや、ずっと多くの自由や、ずっと多くの自律性を、職場で」です。
autonomy オ[ト]ノミィで「自律性、自治、自主性」です。
auto- という接頭語には「自分で、自ら」という意味があります。
形容詞形は autonomous オ[タ]ナマス「自主的な、自治の」で、こちらもよく使われます。
例：autonomous car「自律走行車」、achieve autonomy「自治権を獲得する」
at work は「職場で、仕事場で」という意味です。
work は「職場」という意味でもよく使われます。
例：leave work on time「定時に職場を出る」

School, same thing. で「学校も、同様です」です。

We need to be teaching kids to work together, for sure, で「私たちは～が必要です、子供たちに教えていくことが、協力して働くことを、もちろん」です。
teach ～ to do で「～に…することを教える」です。
work together は「一緒に作業する、協力して作業する」です。
for sure は「確かに、確実に、もちろん」という意味になります。
この場合は of course とも言いかえられます。

but we also need to be teaching them how to work on their own. で「しかし私たちは同時に、彼らに教えていくことも必要だ、自分だけで作業する方法を」です。
on one’s own で「単独で、独力で、自分の裁量で」です。
何にも頼らずに、自分の責任で、自分の自由に、という意味合いが含まれます。
ちなにに by oneself でも「一人で」という意味になりますが、こちらは物理的に「一人で、単独で」という意味合いです。

それではまず文節に分けて日本語に訳し内容を理解して下さい。
