で「防音のために毛布の下に潜り込んだり、途切れがちな自宅Wi-Fiをどうにかしたりして、ロンドンのあるアニメ制作スタジオは、コロナパンデミックの中、イギリスで有名な標語『冷静に戦い続けよう』に従って、初めての劇場映画作品を完成させようとしている。ディズニーの計画では来年初旬のリリースに間に合うように。」という意味になります。

コロナパンデミックの中、自宅作業（working from home）でディズニー映画を制作するアニメ会社に関する記事です。

Hanging under blankets for audio soundproofing で「防音のために、毛布の下に入って」という意味です。
hang「吊るす」という意味ですが、
この場合は hang under blankets「（毛布の下で）時間を過ごす」という意味です。
このhang の意味は、 hang out「遊びに行く、ぶらぶら時間を過ごす、たむろする」という意味でおなじみですね。
for audio soundproofing で「防音のために、音が防音になるように」です。
自宅でのアニメ制作に伴う録音作業での場面ですね。
soundproof で「防音にする」という意味の動詞です。
-proof は「～に耐える、～を防ぐ」という意味になります。
例：waterproof「防水する」

and working around patchy home Wi-Fi で「途切れがちな自宅Wi-Fiをどうにかしたりして」です。
work around ～ は「～を何とかする、～をうまくやり過ごす、うまく切り抜ける」という意味の言い回しです。

今回は Wi-fi が patchy なので「たまに途切れてしまう、安定しない」Wi-Fiのことですね。

keep calm and carry on は有名なイギリスの戦時中の標語で、多くのパロディーが作られています。

during the coronavirus pandemic「コロナパンデミックの中」

to complete its first feature film で「～を完成させるために、同社の初めての劇場映画作品を」です。
complete ～ は「～を完成させる、仕上げる」という意味の動詞です。
feature film とは「長編の映画、劇場公開用の映画」という意味です。

in time for Disney’s planned release early next year. で「～に間に合うように、ディズニーの計画したリリースに、来年初旬の」です。
in time で「間に合って、時間内に」です。
in time for ～ で「～に間に合うように」という意味になります。
例：back in time for breakfast「朝食までに戻る」
