Today, at work, a man punched me in the face because he said I took his son’s job. He meant both me and his son applied for the same job. He also asked to speak to my boss, because he thinks I “cheated.” FML
で「今日、職場で、ある男性が私の顔を殴った。彼が言うには、私が彼の息子の職を奪ったと。彼は、私と彼の息子が同じ仕事に申し込んだことを言っている。彼は私の上司と話したいと言っている。なぜなら私が不正をしたと思っているから。。F*ck my life!」という意味になります。

at work で「職場で」となります。
work は「仕事、働き」という意味以外にも「職場、会社」という意味もあります。
例：leave work at 3pm「3時に退社する」

punched me in the face で「私の顔を殴った」となります。
英語独特の表現で、体の一部を攻撃するときの表現方法です。
例：She kicked me in the nuts.「彼女は私の金玉を蹴った」、shot in the back「背中を撃たれる」

because he said I took his son’s job. で「なぜなら、彼は言った、私が彼の息子の職を取ったから」です。
このように take には「～を奪う、～を盗む」という意味合いが含まれます。

He meant (that) ～ で「彼は～ということを指して言っていた」です。
meant メントゥは mean「～のことを言う、～を指して言う」の過去形です
(that) both me and his son applied for the same job. で「私と彼の息子の両方が、同じ仕事に申し込んだ（こと）」です。
apply for ～ で「～に申し込む、申請する、出願する」です。

He also asked to speak to my boss, で「彼はまた、私の上司と話したいと言っていた」です。
ask to speak to ～ で「～と話したいと望む」です。
例：I asked to speak to him.「私は（電話口で）彼を呼び出してほしいとお願いした。」

because he thinks I “cheated.” で「なぜなら、彼は思っているから、私がズルをしたと」です。
cheat チートゥは「ズルをする」という意味の動詞です。
他にも不倫やカンニングをすると意味にもなります。
例：He cheated on me.「彼は（私をよそに）浮気した。」

それではまず文節に分けて日本語に訳し内容を理解して下さい。
