Today, I decided that I was going to see a counselor due to the high amounts of stress my life. I planned to book the appointment when I got home. As soon as I got home, I noticed I had been robbed while I was at work. FML
で「今日、私は人生の大量のストレスのためにカウンセリングを受けることに決めた。帰宅したときに予約を取ろうと計画していた。帰宅すると、仕事に行っている間に、家が強盗に遭っていたことに気づいた。F*ck my life!」という意味になります。

I decided that ～ で「～すると決める、～することにした」です。
何を決めたのかというと、
(that) I was going to see a counselor で「カウンセリング受けよう（と）」です。
see a counselor で「カウンセラーに会う」という意味から「カウンセリングを受ける」という意味のコロケーションです。
他にも see a doctor で「医者に行く、医者に診てもらう」という表現も押さえておきましょう。

due to the high amounts of stress my life. で「人生の大量のストレスのために」です。
due to ～ で「～のせいで、～が原因で、～のために」という意味です。
the high amounts of stress (in) my life. で「人生の多量のストレス」です。

I planned to book the appointment で「私は計画していた、そのアポを取ろうと」です。
book the appointment で「その予約を取る」です。
the appointment で「その（カウンセリングの）予約」ということです。
appointment は「（診療・商談などの）予約、会う約束」です。
レストランやホテルなどの予約の場合は reservation リザ[ヴェ]イションを使います。
when I got home. で「家に帰った時に」です。
つまり、帰宅したら予約しようと思っていた、ということです。

As soon as I got home,「帰宅したらすぐに、帰宅するや否や」

I noticed (that) ～「～だと気づいた」

I had been robbed while I was at work. で「私が強盗に遭っていた（ことに）、仕事に行っている間に」です。
be robbed で「強盗に遭う、強奪される」です。
名詞形は robbery ロバリーで「強奪、強盗」です。
ちなみに、元投稿のコメント欄で指摘している人がいるように、
robbery は家人が家にいるときの泥棒（強盗）で、
空き巣の場合は、burglary バーグラリィ「押し込み盗難、侵入窃盗」となるようです。
