で「そしてこれら全てのことに踏み込んでいく中で、製品をデザインするということは、5000のことを一度に頭の中で考えることになる、そしてこれらの大量の構想を組み合わせて、どんどん進めていき、まったく新しい方法でつなぎ合わせて望んでいる形に持っていくことなんです。」という意味になります。

And ～「そして」
as you get into all of these things, で「これら全てのことに深く入り込んでいく中で」です。
get into ～ は「入り込む、足を突っ込む、興味を持ってのめり込む」といった意味合いです。
all of these things で「これらのことのすべて」
前回の文のなかでの、プラスチックやガラスや電子にできること、工場やロボットで何ができるか、ということです。

designing a product is ～ で「製品をデザインすることは～ということだ」です。
is keeping という形で現在進行形のように見えますが、ここでの keeping は動名詞で「～とは…しつづけることだ」という意味になっています。
keeping 5,000 things in your brain, で「5000もの物事を頭の中にキープすること」です。
とにかくたくさんのことを一度に考えなければならない、ということです。
these concepts,「これらの構想を」です。

and fitting them all together で「そしてそれらを全部組み合わせていくことだ」です。
fit them together で「それらを組み合わせる」という意味です。

in kind of ～「ある種～な」と言いかけて、
continuing to push, to fit them together「おし進めていくこと、それらを組み合わせるために」です。
push は push forward「前に進める」という意味合いですね。

in new and different ways で「新しく今までにない方法で」です。
in a ～ way で「～な方法で」という意味のコロケーションです。

to get what you want. で「あなたが求めているものを得るために」です。

それではまず文節に分けて日本語に訳し内容を理解して下さい。
