Today, I sat through all 3 rounds of interviews for a job along with 14 others. It’s assumed that if you reached the third round the job is guaranteed, but it turns out that’s not the case. All 14 others were selected. Not me. FML
で「今日、私は、他14名が参加した就職面接の３次面接まで残った。当然３次面接に到達すれば、その仕事は確実なものだと思われたが、実はそうではなかった。他の14名すべて受かって、私は落ちた。F*ck my life!」という意味になります。

I sat through all 3 rounds of interviews for a job で「私は、～の最後まで居続けた、仕事の面接の３次面接まで」です。
sit through ～ で「～まで居続ける、最後まで見る」という意味の言い回しです。
例：sit through a film「映画を最後まで見る」
interview はここでは「面接」という意味です。
interviews for a job なので「仕事の面接、就職面接」です。
along with 14 others. で「他の１４人と一緒に」です。
along with ～ は「～と一緒に、～とともに、～と同時に」という意味の言い回しです。

It’s assumed that ～ で「～であると仮定される、～だと想定される、～だと思われる」です。
assume アスームは「～と仮定する、～と想定する、当然～だと思いこむ」という意味の動詞です。
名詞形は assumption ア[サ]ンプション「仮定、思い込み、決めてかかること」です。

どのように思い込んでいたかというと、
(that) if you reached the third round the job is guaranteed, で「もし３次まで到達したら、その仕事は保証される」です。
if you reached the third round で「もし第三ラウンドまで到達したら～」です。
この場合の you は総称人称で「人が～」と言った意味合いになります。
the third round は「面接の３次面接」のことです。
もしそうなったら、the job is guaranteed で「その仕事は確実だ」です。
つまり面接には受かったことになる、ということです。
be guaranteed で「保証された、保証付きの、確定である」です。
動詞形は guarantee ギャラン[ティ]ー「（～が確かであると）請け負う、保証する」です。

but it turns out that’s not the case. で「でも、そうではないと分かった」です。
it turns out (that) ～ で「～であると判明する」という意味の言い回しです。
turn out ～ で「～になる、結局～になる」です。
not the case は「そうはならない、該当しない」です。
case はここでは「真実、真相」という意味なので直訳すると「それは真実ではない」です。
この ～ is the case は「まさにそれ、該当する」といった意味合いで使われます。
例：This is the case not only in Japan, but all over the world.「これは日本に限らず、全世界でそうである。」

All 14 others were selected. Not me. で「他の14名はすべて選ばれた。私は選ばれなかった。」です。
selected とは「（仕事に）選ばれた、採用された」です。

それではまず文節に分けて日本語に訳し内容を理解して下さい。
