Unfortunately, while it might be easy to listen to some people, it can be hard to muster all this focus and attention if you disagree with or dislike the speaker. But these situations might actually benefit most from your efforts to listen openly.

Unfortunately, while it might be easy to listen to some people, it can be hard to muster all this focus and attention if you disagree with or dislike the speaker. But these situations might actually benefit most from your efforts to listen openly.
で「残念ながら、人の話を聞くことは簡単なことではある一方で、賛同できなかったり嫌いな相手の話だったりすると集中と注意力を保つのは難しい場合もあります。しかし、このような状況こそ、心を開いて話を聞くという努力が最大限に発揮されるときでもあります。」という意味になります。

Unfortunately, 「残念ながら」
while ～「～である一方で」
it might be easy to listen to some people, で「誰かの話を聞くことは簡単かもしれない（その一方で）」
it can be hard to do ～ で「～することは難しいこともある」です。
何することが難しいかというと、
to muster all this focus and attention で「この集中と注意力をすべてかき集めること」です。
muster は「～を集める、招集する」という意味の動詞です。
例：muster the energy「活力を奮い起こす」、muster up the courage「勇気を振り絞る」
if you disagree with or dislike the speaker. で「もしあなたが、その話者に賛成できないとか、その話者を嫌いだったら」です。

But ～「でも～」
these situations might actually benefit most from ～ で「このような状況は、実は～が最大限発揮される時かもしれない」です。
these situations で「このようなシチュエーションは」
benefit from ～ で「～から恩恵を受ける」です。
つまり「～が効果を見せる」ということです。
何の効果が最大限発揮されるときなのかというと、
your efforts to listen openly. で「あなたの努力、心を開いて話を聞こうとする（努力）」です。

それではまず文節に分けて日本語に訳し内容を理解して下さい。
