で「だが私はあなたに言う。あなたの敵を愛しなさい。そしてあなたを迫害する者のために祈りなさい。そうすれば天におられる父なる神の子となることができる。なぜならば、神は悪しき者にも良き者にも平等に太陽を昇らせ、また公正な者にも不正な者にも平等に雨を降らせるのだから。」という意味になります。

But I say to you で「しかし私はあなたに言う」

Love your enemies で「あなたの敵を愛しなさい」です。
and ～「そして～」
pray for those who ～ で「～のために祈りなさい、～する者たち」です。
pray for ～ で「～のために祈る」という意味のコロケーション。
those who ～ の those は「（～する）それらの人々」という意味になります。
those who persecute you なので「あなたを迫害する人々」です。
persecute [パ]ーセキュートゥで「～を迫害する」です。
名詞形は persecution パースィ[キュ]ーション「（人種・宗教などの理由による）迫害」です。

so that ～ は「～するように」で、理由の so that ～ です。
you may be sons of your Father で「あなたの父なる神の子供になれる（ように）」です。
Father とキャピタライズ（大文字で開始）されて「父なる神」という意味です。
your Father who is in heaven で「天におわす父なる神」となっています。

; for ～ の for は「～なので、というのも～だから」という意味の等位接続詞です。
ちょっと古めかしい難しめの文章でよく出てきますね。
he makes his sun rise on the evil and on the good, で「彼はその太陽を昇らせる（から）、悪しき者にも良き者にも」です。
he は your Father を指しています。
make ～ do … で「～に…させる」という意味の言い回し。使役動詞の make です。

the evil と the good というように、the ＋ 形容詞 で「～な者たち」という意味の名詞が作れます。
例：the rich「お金持ち」
この場合は the rich (people) と people が隠れていると考えるため複数形として扱われます。
例：The rich are going to get richer.「金持ちはさらに裕福になる。」

, and ～「また～」
(he) sends rain on the just and on the unjust. で「神は、雨を降らせる、正しき者にも不正な者にも」です。
同じく the just で「正しい者たち、公正な者たち」で、the unjust で「不正な者たち」となります。

それではまず文節に分けて日本語に訳し内容を理解して下さい。

But I say to you,
しかし私はあなたに言う

Love your enemies
敵を愛しなさい

and pray for those who
そして～する人々のために祈りなさい

persecute you,
あなたを迫害する（人々）

so that
～するように

you may be sons of
あなたが～の子供になれるように

your Father who is in heaven;

for
というのも～だから
