で「というのも、心臓近くにまで深く染み込んだ憎悪の毒は、その病魔に苦しむ者の重荷を倍にさせるのだ。つまり、自分自身の苦しみを背負い込みながら、同時に憎んでいる相手の幸せを見て呻き苦しむのだから。」という意味になります。

For ～ は等位接続詞で「というのも～なのだから」と意味を作っています。

the poison of hatred seated near the heart までが主語で「心臓の近くまで深く染み込んだ憎悪の毒」です。
the poison of hatred で「憎悪という毒」です。
hatred ヘイトゥリドゥで「憎悪、憎しみ」
seated near the heart で「心臓の近くにまで染み入った」です。
seat スィートゥで「座る」、seated で「座らされた」ですが、
ここでは「しっかり固定された」という意味合いです。
例：deeply seated「深く根差した、染みついた、（病因が）深在性の」

doubles the burden for ～ で「～の重荷を二倍にする」です。
double は形容詞では「ダブルの、2倍の」という意味ですが、動詞では「～を2倍にする」という意味になります。
誰の重荷かというと、
(the burden for) the one who ～ で「～する者（の重荷）」
(who) suffers the disease で「その病気を患っている（者）」です。
the disease「その病気」とは、主語にでてきた、the poison of hatred「憎悪という毒」による病気を指しています。

セミコロン（;）で「つまり～、その心は～」

he is burdened with his own sorrow, で「その者は、自分自身の苦しみを背負い込み」です。
he は先ほどの the one を指しています。
is burdened with ～ で「～を背負わされる」
sorrow は「悲しみ、悲哀」から「不幸、苦しみ、悲しみの元」です。
, and ～ で「それと同時に～」
groans on ～ で「～について呻き苦しむ」
seeing another’s happiness. で「相手の幸せを目の当たりにすること」です。
another は「相手」です。ここでは hatred「憎悪」の対象者、憎んでいる相手を指しています。

それではまず文節に分けて日本語に訳し内容を理解して下さい。
