one day は「いつの日か」です。
football は「サッカー」です。
何によってかというと、
by artificial intelligence で「AIによって」

AI models thrive where ～ で「AIモデルは～なところで繁栄する」です。
thrive は「繁栄する、栄える」という意味ですがここでは「本領を発揮する、力を出す、うまくいく」です。
どんな場所で本領を発揮するのかというと、
