For example, here is what the Lord’s Prayer looks like in Old English. At first glance, it may look unfamiliar, but update the spelling a bit, and you’ll see many common English words.
で「例えば、古英語の主の祈り（の見た目）はこんな感じです。一見すると、見慣れないものに見えるかもしれませんが、スペリングをちょっと新しくすれば、多くの見慣れた英語の言葉が見つかるでしょう。」という意味になります。

For example,「例えば」
here is ～ で「ここに～があります」
what the Lord’s Prayer looks like で「主の祈りがどんな見た目か」です。
what ～ looks like で「～がどんな風に見えるか、～の見た目、～の様子」という意味のコロケーションです。
例：Can you describe what it looks like?「どんな風に見えるか（見た目を）説明してもらえますか？」
the Lord’s Prayer はキリスト教で最も重要な祈り（prayer）で「主の祈り」というものです。
in Old English. で「古英語での」
ビデオを見ると古英語で書かれた主の祈りが映っていますね。

At first glance, で「最初ちょっと見ると、一見すると」です。
glance グランスは「ちらっとみること」
it may look unfamiliar, で「それはなじみがないように見えるかもしれない」です。
look ～（形容詞）で「～に見える」です。
後ろに名詞がくる場合は、look like ～（名詞） となります。
例：look like a different person「別人に見える」、look sophisticated「あか抜けた印象である」
