Today, my boss is going nuts after some coworkers quit, as they were some of the lucky few with enough cash to move away ahead of whatever dumbass plan the next administration has for their immigrant families and friends. My boss is complaining he can’t afford to pay “normal people wages” and wants me to work overtime. FML
で「今日、同僚数人が辞めて上司（雇い主）が怒り狂っている。彼らは、次期政権が移民家族や友人たちにとる、あらゆるアホな政策の前に、出て行けるだけの十分な金をもっていたラッキーな数少ない奴らだからだ。上司は人並みの給料を払う余裕はないと不満を言って私に残業して欲しがっている。F*ck my life!」という意味になります。

my boss is going nuts で「上司（雇い主）が怒り狂っている」です。
boss には「上司」「雇用者（ビジネスの所有者）」という二つの意味があります。
go nuts で「気がふれる、怒り狂う」という意味のスラングです。
go crazy とも言えます。
after some coworkers quit, で「何人かの同僚が仕事を辞めた後で」です。
ここでは after ～ は【理由】の意味「～なので」で訳してもいいかもしれません。
quit は過去・過去分詞形とも同じ形になる動詞なので、形は同じですがここでは意味としては過去形になっています。

, as ～「～なので」という意味の接続詞。
they were some of the lucky few で「やめた同僚たちは、数少ないラッキーな人たちの一部」です。
the lucky few で「少数の幸運な人々」という意味になります。
with enough cash で「十分な現金を持った（数少ない人々）」です。
(enough cash) to move away で「出て行けるだけの（十分なお金）」です。
つまり、上司や投稿主（OP）は、脱出する資金がなくて仕方なく残ったということですね。
ahead of whatever dumbass plan で「あらゆるアホな政策の前に」です。
ahead of ～ で「～の前に、～に先んじて」
whatever はここでは形容詞的に「（たとえ）どんな～でも」というちょっと投げやりな意味合いです。
the next administration has で「次期政権が用意している（あほな政策）」です。
the next administration はトランプ政権のことですね。
for their immigrant families and friends. で「彼らの移民の家族や友人たちに対して」です。

My boss is complaining (that) ～ で「上司は～と不満を言っている」
he can’t afford to pay ～ で「彼は～を払う余裕はない」と。
(pay) “normal people wages” で「普通の人の給料を（払う）」です。
wages は通常複数形で使われて「賃金、給料」です。

wants me to work overtime. で「わたしに残業してもらいたいと言う」です。
want ～ to do … で「～に…してもらいたい」です。
work overtime で「残業する、時間外労働をする」という意味のコロケーションです。
