で「中年の胸の大きな女性として気づいたんだけど、両手に紅茶のカップを一つずつ持って、スマホを片方の胸の下に、チョコレートフィンガーの袋をもう片方の胸の下に挟めば、キッチンまで行く回数を減らせる。しかも、けっこうしっかり固定される。」という意味になります。
As a middle aged, large breasted woman, で「中年で、胸の大きい女性として」です。
middle aged で「中年の」という意味の形容詞。
large breasted は「胸の大きい」です。
どちらも middle-aged, large-breasted とハイフンを付けるとよりわかりやすいですね。
breast ブレストゥは「胸、おっぱい、乳房」という意味になります。
I’ve discovered that ～「～だということを発見した」
(that) I can cut down on ～ で「私は～を削減できる（ことを）」です。
cut down on ～ で「～を削減する、節約する」という意味の句動詞です。
(on) the number of trips to the kitchen「キッチンへ行く回数を」です。
このように trip は「旅行」という意味以外にも「近距離の移動」という意味でも使われます。
例：I don’t want to make another trip upstairs.「また2階に行くの嫌だ。」
by carrying ～「～を持ち運ぶことによって」です。
a cup of tea in each hand, で「それぞれの手に紅茶を一つずつ（持って）」です。
つまり片手に一杯ずつで2杯ですね。
, and ～「そして～」
putting my phone under one breast で「スマホを片乳の下にはさんで」です。
one breast で「ひとつのおっぱい、片乳」ですね。
and「そして～」
a packet of chocolate fingers under the other. で「チョコレートフィンガーのパックをもう一つの乳の下に」です。
a packet of ～ は「～の小袋・パック・箱」という意味。
chocolate fingers はイギリスで非常に馴染みのあるお菓子です。
細長いビスケットがチョコでコーティングされたものですね。

securely で「しっかりと」
