Not sure who’s fess but my husband has started eating really healthily, quit booze and working out a lot. I suspected an affair so did some snooping and turns out it’s so he can cosplay his favourite anime character. Can’t decide which one I think is worse.

Not sure who’s fess but my husband has started eating really healthily, quit booze and working out a lot. I suspected an affair so did some snooping and turns out it’s so he can cosplay his favourite anime character. Can’t decide which one I think is worse.
で「誰の告白だかわからないけど、夫が急にすごく健康的な食生活を始め、お酒もやめて、熱心に筋トレするようになった。浮気でもしているんじゃないかと疑って、こっそり調べてみたら、実は大好きなアニメキャラのコスプレをするためだった。浮気とアニメキャラのコスプレ、どっちのほうが嫌なのか自分でも決められない。」という意味になります。

Not sure who’s fess but ～ は、
(I’m) not sure whose fess (this is) , but ～ の省略で「これが誰の告白だか分からないけど、」です。
つまり、これは自分の告白なのか、夫の告白なのか、自分でもよくわからないけど… ということですね。
fess は confession をくだけて短くした言葉です。
my husband has started eating really healthily, で「夫が、すごく健康的な食事をし始めた」です。
start ～ing で「～し始める」
eat healthily で「健康的に食べる、健康的な食事をする」です。
eat healthy とも言えます。
, quit booze「酒をやめて」
and working out a lot.「たくさん筋トレし（始めた）」です。
quit クウィトゥで「～をやめる」という意味の動詞。
quit は現在形・過去形・過去分詞形がすべて同じ形（quit-quit-quit）です。
booze は「お酒」です。
quit drinking とも言えます。
work out は「運動をする、筋トレする、エクササイズする」という意味の句動詞。

I suspected an affair「私は浮気を疑った」です。
suspect ～ 「～じゃないかと疑う」です。
so ～「なので、それで～」
did some snooping「すこし嗅ぎまわった」です。
do snooping で「嗅ぎまわる、こそこそと探る」です。
浮気を疑ったので、少しこっそり身辺を探ってみた、ということですね。
and turns out (that) ～「そして～だと分かった」
and (it) turns out (that) … と、ここは主語の it が省略されています。
it’s so he can ～「それは彼が～できるようにするため」です。
ここでの so ～ は「～するように、～になるように、～できるように」という意味の目的を表す接続詞。
it’s because he wants to ～ とも言えますね。
(can) cosplay his favourite anime character. で「彼の大好きなアニメキャラのコスプレ（ができるように）」です。
cosplay ～ は動詞で「～のコスプレをする」です。
anime [ア]ニメイは「（主に日本の）アニメ」を指す日本からの逆輸入語です。
日本以外の一般的なアニメーション作品は、animated film, cartoon などと呼ばれます。

Can’t decide which one I think is worse. で「（私は）どちらが悪いと思うか決められない。」です。
I can’t decide which one ～ で「どちらが～か決められない、決めかねる」です。
which one (I think) is worse. で「どちらの方が悪いと自分が思うか」です。
つまり、夫が浮気するか、アニメのコスプレにはまるか、どちらも最悪だけど、まだマシなのはどちらか？ということですね。

それはまず文節に分けて日本語に訳し内容を理解して下さい。
