All this will not be finished in the first one hundred days. Nor will it be finished in the first one thousand days; nor in the life of this Administration; nor even perhaps in our lifetime on this planet. But let us begin.

で「これらすべてが、最初の100日間で成し遂げられるわけではありません。最初の1000日間でも終わらないでしょう。この政権の任期中にも終わらないでしょう。もしかすると、この地球上で私たちが生きている間にさえ、終わらないかもしれません。それでも、始めようではありませんか。」という意味になります。

in the first one hundred days.「最初の100日のうちには」です。

Nor will it be finished で「または、それは終わらないだろう」
in the first one thousand days; 「最初の1000日のうちにも」です。
文頭の否定形 Nor に引っ張られて、will it と倒置しています。

nor in the life of this Administration;「この政権の任期中にもない」です。
in the life of ～ は「～の寿命のうちに、～が生きている間に」ですが、
ここでは this Administration「この政権」なので「この政権の任期中」という意味です。

nor even perhaps in our lifetime on this planet.「さらには、この地球上で私たちが生きている間にもないかもしれない」

But let us begin.「でも始めましょう。」

それではまず文節に分けて日本語に訳し内容を理解して下さい。

このすべては終わらないだろう

in the first one hundred days.
最初の100日では

Nor will it be finished
それ終わらないだろう

in the first one thousand days;
最初の1000日でも

nor in the life of this Administration;
この政権の任期中にも終わらないだろう
