で「もしさらに高次元の無限、例えば実数の無限などに対応していたとしたら、これらの体系的な戦略ではもはや対応できません。なぜなら全ての数字を系統立てて組み入れる手立てがないからです。」という意味になります。

If ～「もし～なら」
we were dealing with higher orders of infinity で「私たちが～に取り組んでい（たら）、もっと高次の無限に」
deal with ～ で「～に取り組む、～に対処する」という意味の句動詞です。
order は「命令、注文」など意味がありますが、ここでは「序列、階級、順位」といった意味です。
such as ～「例えば～などのような」
that of the real numbers, で「実数の無限（などのような）」です。
that of ～ の that は infinity を指しています。
infinity of the real numbers で「実数の無限」ですね。
real number は「実数」です。
nutural number「自然数」は数えられる1,2,3,4 のような単純な数字の集合、
実数はもっと細かく分数やルートやπも含まれます。

もしそうであれば
these structured strategies would no longer be possible で「これらの体系的な戦略ではもはや不可能になるでしょう」です。
these structured strategies で「このような体系的な戦略（やり方）」です。
これまで夜勤マネージャー使ってきた見事なやり方を指しています。
structured で「体系的な、かっちりした、型にはまった」という意味の形容詞です。
例：structured approach「体系的なアプローチ」
would no longer be possible で「もはや可能ではなくなるだろう」です。
no longer ～ は「もはや～でない」という意味の否定表現。
仮定表現の If we were ～ を受けて、would が使われていますね。

as ～ はここでは「～なので、～だから」という理由の意味の接続詞になっています。
we have no way to do ～ で「私たちは～する方法をもっていない」です。
systematically include every number. で「系統立ててすべての数を組み入れる（方法）」です。
systematically スィステ[マ]ティカリで「システマチックに、系統立てて、整然と」という意味の副詞です。
例：systematically managed「体系的に管理された」

それではまず文節に分けて日本語に訳し内容を理解して下さい。
