Once you’ve satisfied that rumble in your tummy, head up to the Ruby lounge on the second floor to warm up with a few drinks at the bar.
で「グーグー言うそのお腹を満足させたなら、バーで２～３杯飲んでウォーミングアップするために二階のルビーラウンジに向かいましょう。」という意味になります。

Once ～ は「～したのなら、一旦～したなら、～したらすぐに」という意味の接続詞です。
Once you’ve satisfied ～ で「～を満足させたらすぐに」です。

何を満足させるかというと、
that rumble in your tummy で「あなたのお腹の中のそのグーグー鳴る音」です。
rumble は「ゴロゴロ鳴る、お腹がグーグー言う（その音）」という擬音語からできた言葉です。
例：rumble of thunder「雷のゴロゴロ音」
tummy は赤ちゃん言葉で「お腹、ポンポン」です。
例：tummy button「おへそ」、 flabby tummy「たるんだお腹」

head up to the Ruby lounge on the second floor で「二階のルビーラウンジへ向かおう」です。
head up to ～ で「～に向かう、～の方へ行く」という意味の慣用句です。
例：head up to the roof「屋上へ向かう」
second floor はアメリカでは「二階」ですが、イギリスの場合は「三階」になります。

to warm up with a few drinks at the bar で「バーでに２、３杯飲んでウォーミングアップするために」です。
a few は「２～３の、数個の」です。

それではまず文節に分けて日本語に訳し内容を理解して下さい。
