で「大地から財宝が発見されるように、徳は良い行いから現れる。そして知恵は純粋で平穏な精神から現れる。迷路のような人の人生を安全に歩くためには、人は知恵の灯と徳のガイドが必要だ。」という意味になります。

just as ～, so … の形で「～と同じように…である」という意味になります。

treasures are uncovered from the earth で「宝が土から発見される」です。
uncover は「発見する、見出す、あらわにする」という意味の動詞です。
un- ＋ cover で「カバーを外す」という意味からです。
discover とも言えます。
earth は「地球」という意味でおなじみですが、「土、土壌、大地」という意味もあります。

virtue appears from good deeds で「徳は善行から現れる」です。
virtue バーチューは「美徳、徳」です。
good deed は「善い行い」です。
deed は do の名詞形で「行為、行い」という意味です。
対義語は、ill deed、misdeed「悪行」

wisdom appears from a pure and peaceful mind で「知恵は純粋で平和な精神から現れる」です。
wisdom は「知恵、英知」です。
例：wisdom of age「年の功」、wisdom of living「生活の知恵」

To walk safely through the maze of human life, で「人生の迷路を安全に歩いて通るためには」です。
walk through ～ で「～を通って歩く、～の中を歩く」です。
例：walk through a fire「困難を乗り越える」、walk through a park「公園を歩く」
maze of human life で「人生の迷路、迷路のような人生」ですね。
maze メイズは「迷路」です。

one needs the light of wisdom and the guidance of virtue で「人は知恵の灯と徳の案内が必要だ」です。
主語の one は「（不特定の）人」という意味です。
light of wisdom で「知恵のともしび」です。
guidance of virtue 「美徳の案内」です。
guidance は「案内、誘導、指導、助言」という意味です。

それではまず文節に分けて日本語に訳し内容を理解して下さい。
