今日は内臓の単語がたくさん出てきますのでひとつひとつ見ていきましょう。

They stuck an endoscope down my throat は前回やった箇所です。
「彼らは私の喉に内視鏡を突っ込んだ」です。

through my stomach and into my intestines で「私の胃を通って、腸の中へ」です。
stomach スタマックは「胃」です。
stomachache スタマケイクは「腹痛」という意味になります。
intestine は医学用語で「腸」です。
大腸は large intestine、小腸は small intestine と言います。
腸はほかにも話し言葉では、bowel バウェゥ、gut ガットゥなどとも言います。
例：intestinal obstruction「腸閉塞」

put a needle into my pancreas and got a few cells from the tumor で「私の膵臓に針を刺し、腫瘍から少しの細胞を取った」です。
put a needle in ～ で「～に針を刺す」という意味の言い回しです。
pancreas はパンクリアス「膵臓」です。
例：pancreas cancer「膵臓がん」
cell は「細胞」です。
もとは仕切られた小さな部屋という意味で「小部屋、独房」などと言う意味もあります。
例：jail cell「独房」

それではまず文節に分けて日本語に訳し内容を理解して下さい。

胃を通し

腸の中へ

すい臓に針を刺し
