怒鳴り出すメキシコ料理店の店主。

Today, I was home from college and went to eat at a local mexican place. The manager started yelling at me about an unpaid tab. Apparently, my dad likes to drink there and skipped on his tab. Again. FML

Today, I was home from college and went to eat at a local mexican place. The manager started yelling at me about an unpaid tab. Apparently, my dad likes to drink there and skipped on his tab. Again. FML
で「今日、大学を休んで近所のメキシコ料理店に食べに行った。店主が未払いの勘定について私に怒鳴り出した。どうやら父がそこで飲むのが好きで、呑み代の支払いを逃げているらしい。またか。F*ck my life!」という意味になります。

I was home from college で「大学を休んで家にいた」という意味になります。
be home from ～ で「～を休む」という意味になります。
「～から帰宅する」という意味にしたい場合は、come home from ～ または、get home from ～ になります。
例：I was home from school with a stomachache.「腹痛で学校を休んだ」

went to eat at a local mexican place で「近所のメキシカン料理店に食べに行った」です。
go to eat で「食べに行く」です。
local mexican place で「地元のメキシコ料理店」です。
このように place は「～店」という意味でもよく使われます。
例：pizza place「ピザ屋」、hamburger place「ハンバーガー店」

The manager started yelling at me about an unpaid tab で「店主が怒鳴り出した、私に、未払いの勘定について」です。
manager はマニジャーと発音して「店主、支配人、経営者」です。
yell at ～ で「～を怒鳴る」です。
unpaid tab で「未払いの勘定」です。
tab はアメリカ英語で「勘定書、付け払い」という意味があります。

Apparently, my dad likes to drink there and skipped on his tab で「どうやら、父がそこで飲むのが好きで、支払いを逃げているらしい」です。
apparently で「どうやら～のようだ」という意味になります。
skipped on his tab で「支払いをばっくれる、ツケ払いを踏み倒す」です。
skip on ～, または skip out on ～ で「～を飛ばす、～をさぼる、ばっくれる」です。

それではまず文節に分けて日本語に訳し内容を理解して下さい。
