で「結局のところ、同じパターンがあることがわかりました。世界中の偉大な刺激をくれるリーダーや組織は、アップルにしろマーティン・ルーサー・キングにしろライト兄弟にしろ、彼らはみんな同じやり方で考え、行動し、コミュニケーションしているということです。」という意味になります。

As it turns out, ～ は「結局のところ、分かったこととして、結論から言うと、ふたを開けてみれば」などという意味の慣用句です。
turn out は「結果的に～となる」という意味の句動詞ですので、
As it turns out を直訳すれば「最終的に行きつくところとして」という意味合いです。
例： As it turns out, he wasn’t a very good husband.「結局のところ、彼はあまり良い夫ではなかったということだ。」
同じ意味で、It turns out that ～ とも言ったりします。

there’s a pattern で「パターンがある」ですね。

all the great inspiring leaders and organizations で「すべての偉大な世界中の感動的なリーダーや組織」です。
inspire インスパイアは「～を鼓舞する、感動を与える、刺激を与える」です。

どんな組織やリーダーかというと、
whether it’s Apple or Martin Luther King or the Wright brothers,「それがアップルにしろマーティン・ルーサー・キングにしろライト兄弟にしろ、」です。
whether it’s ～ or … で、「～だろうが…だろうが」という意味を作ります。
例：whether it’s true or not「それが本当か嘘かに関わらず」

they all think, act and communicate the exact same way. で「彼らは皆、まったく同じ方法で考え、行動し、コミュニケーションしている」です。
the exact same way で「全く同じ方法で」という意味にあります。
例：「同じようにする」、feel the same way「同じ気持ちだ」

それではまず文節に分けて日本語に訳し内容を理解して下さい。

同じパターンがあるということだ

As it turns out,
ふたを開けてみれば

all the great inspiring leaders and organizations in the world,
