アメリカの伝説の陸上選手、カール・ルイスの言葉です。

I know there are a lot of people out there who have the best intentions but not the voice, so it’s about people like me to give them a voice and hear their ideas.

I know there are a lot of people out there who have the best intentions but not the voice, so it’s about people like me to give them a voice and hear their ideas.で
「世の中には誠意を持っていながらそれを世界に伝える術がない人がたくさんいます。だから彼らに声を与え、彼らの考えを聞くことが私のような人間の役目です。」という意味になります。

I know there are a lot of people out there who have the best intentions で「世の中には素晴らしい考えを持っている人がたくさんいる」となります。
there are a lot of people で「たくさんの～な人がいる」です。
out there は「世の中には、この広い世界には、そこら中に、外の世界で」という意味のイディオムです。
とてもよく使われる表現で、知らないと意味が分からなくなるので、一纏まりでしっかり覚えてしまいましょう。
例：It’s freezing out there.「外は凍えるくらい寒いです」

どんな人がいるのかというと、
who have the best intentions で「素晴らしい意志を持つ（人）」です。
the best intentions は直訳すると「最高の意図」で、「誠意、素晴らしい目的、善意」という意味の表現です。
intention は「意図、意志、腹づもり、目的」です。
動詞形は intend で「～するつもりだ、～を意図する」です。

but not the voice, で「でも声を持っていない、世の中に伝えるすべがない」です。
but they don’t have the voice の省略形。
～ but not … は「～だが…ではない」という意味の言い回しです。
例：close but not the same「近いけど同じではない、似て非なる」

so it’s about people like me で「だから、それは私のような人間の役目だ」となります。
この場合の about は「～とは…である」という意味です。
例：what life is about「人生とはなんであるか」、Love is about giving.「愛とは与えることである」

to give them a voice and hear their ideas. で「彼らに声を与えて彼らの考えを聞くこと」です。
give them a voice で「彼らに声を与える」です。
彼らの声なき声を代弁してあげることですね。

それではまず文節に分けて日本語に訳し内容を理解して下さい。

素晴らしい目的を持っている人が

but not the voice,
でもそれを伝えるすべがない

so
だから
