And groups famously follow the opinions of で「そして集団は、ご存じの通り、～の意見に従います。」です。
groups は「集団、集団というもの」です。
famously は「周知のとおり、よく言われるように」という意味の副詞です。
as we all know, とも言えます。

誰の意見かというと、
(the opinions of) the most dominant or charismatic person in the room で「最も支配的でカリスマ的な人物、その部屋の中で」です。
dominant は「支配的な、優勢な」という意味の形容詞です。
動詞形は dominate [ダ]ミネイトゥ「～を支配する、～より優位に立つ」です。
例：dominate a country「国を支配する」、dominate a market「市場の大半を占める」

even though ～ で「たとえ～でも」です。

there’s zero correlation between ～ で「～の間には相関関係は全くない（のに）」です。
correlation で「相関関係」です。
cor-（お互いの）relation（関係）です。
動詞形は correlate [コ]ーリレイトゥ「～と関連しあっている」です。

being the best talker and having the best ideas で「最も雄弁な人であることと、最も良いアイデアであること」です。
一番話が上手な人の考えが一番いいとは限らないということです。

I mean zero. で「本当にゼロです」という意味です。
mean には「本気で言っている」という意味のがあります。
例：I mean it!「本気で言っているんだよ！マジだよ！」

それではまず文節に分けて日本語に訳し内容を理解して下さい。
