で「EUの独禁法規制当局が、400社から情報を入手しようとしている。Alexa や Siri などの音声アシスタント機器やその他ネット接続機器の市場で反トラスト事案につながる問題があるかどうかを立証するために。」という意味になります。

competition regulators で「独禁法規制当局」となります。
competition は「競争」という意味ですが、ここでは competition law「競争法」のことを意味しています。
日本では「独占禁止法」に当たる法律です。
regulator は「規制当局、取り締まる省庁」です。
動詞形は regulate [レ]ギュレイトゥで「（法律などで）～を取り締まる、規制する、調整する」です。
例：regulate the financial industry「金融業界を管轄する」

seek information from 400 companies で「400社からの情報を得ようとする」です。
seek ～ で「～を得ようとする、～を求める、回答などを依頼する」です。

to establish if ～ で「～かどうかを立証するために」です。
establish if ～ で「～かどうかを立証する」という意味の言い回しです。
establish は「確立する、設立する」という意味以外にも「（理論などを）立証する、確証する」があります。
例：establish someone’s theory「（人の）理論を証明する」
この場合の if ～ は「～かどうか」という意味になります。
establish whether ～ とも言い換えられます。

(if) there are problems in the market for ～ で「問題があるかどうか、～の市場の中に」です。

何の市場かというと、
(the market for) voice assistants such as Alexa and Siri and other internet-connected devices で「Alexa や Siri などの音声アシスタント機器やその他ネット接続機器（の市場）」です。
voice assistant とは Alexa and Siri などのことで、声で質問すると回答を返してくるAI機器のことですね。
other internet-connected devices で「その他のインターネットに接続された機器」です。

(that) could lead to antitrust cases. で「（その問題は）反トラスト事案につながる可能性がある」です。
この that は problems に繋がった関係代名詞です。
antitrust アンタイトゥラストゥは「独占禁止の、反トラストの」という意味です。
antitrust law は、アメリカでの「競争法」に当たります。
カルテル、トラスト (企業形態)、コンツェルンの独占活動を規制するためのものです。
